Structural Glass Curtain Walls

The standout feature of Giano Palace is its continuous glazed facade, designed to enhance natural lighting, provide visual comfort, and ensure a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor environments.

Vertical Anodized Aluminum Sunshades

Adding a second architectural skin, the building envelope is completed with custom-made anodized aluminum sunshades. Randomly arranged, these prefabricated elements create a dynamic visual rhythm while improving solar protection—reducing interior overheating without compromising natural light.

The Giano Palace hosts retail and office units across multiple levels. Ground-floor spaces have independent access from the exterior, while upper levels are reached via a shared staircase and elevator core, enclosed by a perforated metal cladding that visually completes the building’s architectural expression.

With Giano Palace, Zanetti Srl reinforces its commitment to delivering innovative glass facades that elevate both the aesthetics and performance of contemporary architecture.
